I've been here few days ago and I highly recommend it to everyone that wants to have a great stay.
The food is great with such a huge variety that you can't find it anywhere else, the staff is very helpful and polite and the view is breathtaking.

We've had dinner and morning coffee here. The view is stunning and the stuff are great. Such a lovely place and people. The food was great the atmosphere was incredible. I'll definitely come back.
We went there just for the breakfast. So I really do not know anything about the rooms. The breakfast was good enough, for 30 lei, 6 euros. It may be a well spend money if it was for some more diversity, but there was kind of shortage in choices... we went on the outside terrace, near the Danube and we forget about the food, it was a wonderful sunrise on the first of october.
The location was awesome and directly at the Danube. They have a very nigh swimming pool, their very own restaurant and their very own boats. The rooms are big and clean, there is everything you need in them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good and very diverse, so that everyone has something to eat. They are alao one of the few who have greenery and trees in their yard. I highly recommend visiting the place if you want to see the Danube on the romanian side!

The room was clean, spacious, very comfy bed, with plenty of natural light and private terrace with panoramic view (overlooks the Danube and the green hills beyond).
Enjoyed the food (tried different fish dishes), went on boat trips down the Danube and see the historic attractions and sights, spent a wonderful, relaxing weekend!
I feel lucky that I found a reservation at Danubia on an impromptu trip to Orsova. The views were amazing. The vibe is really chill. Food and drinks all excellent. Loved a frappe and fish ciorba. All reasonable in price -- when you arrive they give you a wristband with your room number and they track all of your food/bev drinks so you don't have to pay each time. They have an amazing buffet... omg, salivate just thinking about the cornmeal encrusted baked fish. Such great service, too. Pool wasn't open but I could tell it would have been so relaxing to lay out next to it. Kids play area was a nice addition. Minimum stay 2 nights but well worth it - stay 3!
We arrive just for dinner. They serve food just for the people that stay there. A wonderful lady didn't send us away. After she asked inside actually made us stay. The meal made our vacation. The fish was still moving...
Only visited for food, which was good. 60 lei per adult, 30 lei per child. The price includes supe, second course and desert.
